Pros
Solid Products, Open for technology changes , transperent to employees. Good HR polices to support employees.
Cons
Incapable management that hardly understand the product and are busy in dirty politics to save them in downsizing process. Post like VP , Directors , Senior Managers and Managers are white elephants and adding no value to company. Nepotism is on such huge scale that staff spend more time in making bosses happy than doing actual work. Hopeless meetings took most part of the day.
