      Pros

      Work environment is good. Perfect work life balance. Working with people with great skills. Everybody is very helpful. I heard some instances where managers are not good. But didn't happen to me. Health benefit and insurances are very good.

      Cons

      Salary is average. Not guaranteed if next year there will be any revision. Apart from from salary, one can not expect any other benefits.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
