Decent benefits, good culture, though the culture in other parts of the company seemed much higher in comparison to IoT division
Cons
Engineering management had no vision for improving process. Any attempts to improve was responded to with "that's not the way we do things." Yeah, I know, that's why I'm suggesting a better approach!
