Pros
Care about employees actually taking their breaks. The scheduling is also very flexible. I also liked the LUYL hub where employees could earn points that could be spent on rewards. The other brand associates were also very kind and helpful.
Cons
The cards are pushed too much, especially for what it is. A lot of what leadership thought of you was dependent on how well you sold the card. The general manager specifically would talk down to us a lot about card and job performance. There was also a group of managers that would talk behind the employees backs, especially if that employee had just put in their notice. This may just be an issue at my location, however it created a very unprofessional environment. If you needed to call out of work for whatever reason (i.e family emergency, illness) they would ask you if you could still come in to work a later shift.
