Business outlook
Pros
Most employees are remote, co-workers are mostly good to work with and usually willing to help out. Tech is interesting until the job starts getting repetitive.
Cons
For its size, Nuance doesn't invest much in organic product growth but tries to convince otherwise. Be sure that working from home is an option. Nuance likes to set up crappy offices. Lots of calls including lots of low impact calls / activities that people or management want you to be on. People tend to stay for years in the same positions and collecting a salary. Starts to seem like an old boys club after a while. Limited options for meaningful growth with experience or pay.
