    I worked at Nuance

    Pros

There are / were some great people working for nuance, they really make a tough job a lot of fun and help get you through the low times

    Cons

Really long hours for some teams became the norm, rather than hiring an extra person or even just a backfill, teams are pushed to their limits. A lot of great people leave as a result

Stop tying up all of your sales people's time on bureaucracy and try to let them actually do their jobs. Be reasonable about your expectations and try to have a longer term view. Work on polishing your products, marketing, and strategy rather than spending your time micromanaging your employees to death. Try to show your employees...
