      Terrible Leadership - Finance Manager Nuance Employee Review

      the leadership at Nuance is incompetent at nearly all levels. The CEO is hated within the company and even SVPs complain about him. Nearly every week, a new priority arises and execs panic - teams are flipped from one project to the next. Many in the company are demoralized on a regular basis. You can see it in the hallways and in meetings. The company is now telling employees to write positive reviews here to try to raise their score to paper over the issues with the culture. Good companies don't need to do that.

We see you’ve been with the company for three years and it’s been a challenging three years for you. Have you thought about looking at opportunities internally that would be more to your liking? We have over 400 jobs available and 19% of our roles are filled through internal movement.

Additionally, feedback from employees often feels like it’s not taken seriously, which can lead to disengagement when trying to influence change or improve processes.
