Workspaces are terrible. When people ask questions about the ongoing Project Triangle effort, the responses are condescending. The attitude seems to be if you don't like it, then leave
Too many management levels. The Tech Operating Model was supposed to flatten the Org, but again we have Directors reporting to SR Directors. There are increasing layers between the people who do the work and the VP layer. Very few leaders know the people on their teams.
Trust is non existent. There's alot of talk that it's okay to have a production issue, but in reality, you will be called on the carpet and interrogated about what happened and second guessed about any decision you made.
Morale is terrible. There are no fun informal events. For example, I did not see any tech areas decorate for Halloween. Other areas of the company decorated and invited people to bring their families in to trick or treat.
