Pros
Progressive policies around leave and childcare. Policy of non-discrimination and supportive of LGBTQI+ staff (including an allyship program). Stable working environment. Work/life balance.
Cons
Lack of company visibility in the marketplace. Increase and growth opportunties vary greatly depending on the BU - in some instances this is based on personal bias of management. Leadership accountablity was very lacking in some areas. Other areas were good. HR only protects the company and management.
