      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to be in the Cloud arena and working with cutting edge technology. Dimension Data uses best of breed HW such as Cisco Nexus, EMC, VMWare, etc.

      Cons

      They work their employees to the bone, demanding many many hours and weekends from them, and do very little at the end of the year to compensate for those many many hours sacrificed over the year,

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
