Staff are great and approachable at all levels of the company, opportunities for growth, excellent growth recognition, challenging and rewarding work.
Cons
There are multiple sister companies under NTT Group and they don't work together clearly or cohesively all the time. NTT DATA is built of many acquisitions and as such sometimes has multiple systems for the same function.
