Just a staffing company - Anonymous employee NTT DATA Employee Review

Don't fall for the line that this is not a staffing company but long term employment. Just don't see it. You are put into a position and shall remain there as long as the customer is happy. Once the account is lost, chances are you will be unemployed too. Management says you have the opportunity to find another position within the company but the fact of the matter is that there is not that many open positions to fill it. Primary goal of management is not the employees but in adding more employees into the client site so that they get a bigger bonus. Talent development and retaining talent is not a priority.
