      Pros

      Allowances are provided, Comfort zone. If you are in the Support project you can not grow your skills. If you are lucky you will get the latest technology-based projects(DevOps, Openshift, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

      Cons

      If you are doing real work hard and getting 5 out of 5 ratings. But you will not get avg increment. You will get only 3 to 5%, which will be provided to a lower rating (2 0r 3) employee.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
