Good bunch of colleagues whilst the UK offices were kept open
Cons
Frozen hires in all regions except South Africa and India. Low cost countries also meant sub-par new staff performance which demoralised existing staff. Teams in legacy regions were gradually chipped away as leavers were never replaced.
