      With the same team over and over and over again. No such thing as a promotion unless there is a company reorg. The only way to move up is to interview for the role.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
