      Very few pros come to mind.

      Cons

      Their "ETW" program is an embarrassment for a company of this size. Hire people full time. Give them full benefits. FTE employees are kicking their feet up at the expense of ETWs doing the real work for little money and no benefits.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
