      Enorm groot bedrijf waardoor het soms lastig is om iets voor elkaar te krijgen. You're one of many. Interne politics and grote ego's.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
