Pros
- Phenomenal managers and skill coaching - Practice what they preach: one of our core skills is 'be a nice human' - they have nailed the hiring process - it's incredibly diverse, with people of various backgrounds/skills sets/personality types and yet somehow it forms a cohesive whole where everyone can bring their best self to work - Incredible perks e.g. wellness budget, trips, socials - Hard work is rewarded and you'll be consistently called out for good performance
Cons
- Pay Discrepancies - company wide pay inaccuracies has resulted in us being paid 50% of our earnings for almost half the year. Incredibly frustrating and causes massive financial headaches - Something can feel there are multiple asks/obligations outside of your core job role e.g. VTO time, training, recruiting new hires etc
