Pros
Everybody is strong in their own fields, but at the same time very humble and helpful. The teams and employees really support each other and there is a trusted energy. You know you'll do your part and your colleague will do theirs. The product is solid and we have a "product-led" mindset across the board. This leads to good processes and documentation. The company is growing and there are many processes that we need to improve or build. I see it as an opportunity and a great moment to be in the company.
Cons
Diversity and inclusion. The team is aware of it and there are many things being done already - recruiting and affinity groups, for instance. I'm confident we're on the right track.
