Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback; we appreciate the positives that you have highlighted and also respect your concerns. While we do have high expectations of all of our employees we believe that to give our best at work and also live a well-balanced life, we all need to take time off for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. In addition to our flexible PTO policy and company holidays, we’ve also held several company-wide days off during the pandemic to support all employees in achieving a positive work-life blend. We expect and encourage Corporate Account Executives to regularly work 40-hour weeks, and firmly believe our sales reps have every opportunity to meet and exceed quota while also balancing life outside of work. We have a large global SDR function in Austin, TX, Dublin, IRL, and Gurgaon, IND who help support our Corporate Sales teams around the world and we are actively hiring to expand our SDR org. In addition to the top-of-funnel support this team provides, Corporate Sales reps are expected to own their own business through an emphasis on consistent pipeline generation activity. We encourage all our employees (current and former) to raise concerns and share feedback so that we can take action to continuously improve our organization. If you would be open to sharing more, please get in touch with our Sr. Employer Brand Manager, Jess Katz at jess.katz@mongodb.com.

Pros

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Pros

Remote work and decent pay

Cons

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
