      Great mission and excellent work ethic, very collaborative. Feedback is taken seriously, management is engaged in employee success. Great work environment

      Cons

      Some parts of the company are slower than others. Location (if Minneapolis) could be a challenge. Big company culture exists.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
