Pros
I love the culture of Medtronic. It allows a person to think in their job and not be trained to be a robot. They embrace new ideas and have an open door policy. They work you hard, but it is satisfying if it is what you love to do. They try to hire the best people and therefore the interview process is grueling and only the strong hearted stick through it.
Cons
The communications is not as good as I would like it to be between upper management and lower management. That being said, they allow you to voice your opinion without fear of reprimand.
