Senior leadership is unrealistic with what can be delivered to the street. This causes bad behavior by other senior leaders since they are unreachable goals. This overarching problem is deteriorating the culture. Continuous high growth mode year after year and severe challenges with getting work done in an overly matrix org. Underfunded enabling groups unable to keep up with demands.
