Pros
The Pros are, getting exposed to various assignments thus gaining experience. And Manpower pay scale is good $9.00-$14.00 an hour 0n various scheduled assignments. On the seasonal convention shows they will give you great worth while hours abundants of work. The recruiters work hard to place you on assignment and they are professional, polite, courteous, and willing to help they seem to care. I personally like the team effort and ethics to satisfy the client with integrity, and "plain old, roll up the sleeves", quality hard work. which they convey to us by the Leads in the field or show.
Cons
The Cons are, the need to have more scheduled assignments each week. Currently the scheduling is roughly 3-8 assignment days a month. Maybe they can improve on this and assign more days maybe 12-14 days a month.
