Staffing Specialist - Staffing Specialist Manpower Employee Review

Other employees take advantage of the company; IE: no management on site so spends extra time on lunches, comes in late. Even though were told we can do those things, were told to make sure that we make up the time lost & that rarely would happen, coworker just abused the rules. No onsite management. Pay is lacking for the type of work, doesn't match industry standard. Management is harsh to current employment/unemployment rates, expects you to be responsible when people aren't looking for work.
