      Cons

      Rigid management, "Clean Room" restrictions, Projects not very technically challenging, work culture - can feel the prescence of a hierarchy (This pertains to Centruylink India only)

      Good work life balance and benefits ( PTO, insurance)

      Very little support for your role. Management is not the best. Company seems to always have a lay offs in the works.
