      Pros

      * Good Pay * Amazing opportunities to learn cutting edge tech * Can make a career out of this company, and end your career here eventually getting paid very comfortable * 4 day work week

      Cons

      * If you get stuck in a poor team, it's hard to switch team unless you have sources in the company. * Poor benefits compared, at least as compared to RTX. * Some boomers do meet expectations of being a boomer.

      Good 401k matching (10%), Friendly People, Kind Managers, Job Security, Plenty of growth opportunities, 4/10 Schedule and 3 day weekends

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
