Pros
Lockheed Martin offers decent salary and sometimes challenging work. Since many of the jobs are on multiple year government contracts, the positions are usually stable and recession resistant. It's a very large company with lots of divisions. Whatever your interested in, this company is probably doing it somewhere.
Cons
Advancement can be difficult. Since the jobs are on government contracts, your value to the company may be in filling the position you're hired for, not doing something else. It has problems common to many large companies.
