Working 9 day fortnight, pay reasonable, benefits good, support of career advancement.
Cons
Tick box culture. Lessons never learnt. Continual circle of change without actual improvement. Continual focus groups on issues, but rarely issues addressed. Very poor management, pat on back for the higher level personnel and up and coming high end employees. Experience and voice matters little unless it fits. Many wrong inexperienced people in senior roles or supporting roles giving poor focus and leadership. Each project self driven no overall control. Front end of process, slow and poor with major delays, which are expected to be picked up at the other end of process to meet target and tick box regardless or time scale and notice. Hard work and frustrating to do the day job what you thought you were there for. Many higher level tasks passed down as far as possible to add to work load.
