Pros
If you're not a metal bender, it can be an uphill struggle, but keep your head down and you won't be bothered to much if you don't want to be.
Cons
Just a number. Huge company and lots going on. Easy to get lost in the shuffle. I left for a better opportunity, but don't have bad feelings about Lockheed.
