Pros
The pay was good when I started, decent PTO and other benefits, and the work can sometimes be very interesting. Very good work-life balance the majority of the time, even with tight deadlines I have only been asked to work overtime a few times and have never been forced to.
Cons
Massive company so your mileage my vary. I am leaving due to low pay, everything constantly being an emergency because management doesn't push back on deadlines, and feeling like a cog in a giant bureaucratic machine. Nobody on my team seems to care about the work which can be frustrating.
