Pros
Most co-workers were great. Interesting job. Pay is decent. Lots of different locations and programs to choose from.
Cons
Unethical hiring practices. Req"s are written for specific people, buried in the system, and held open for the minimum amount of time. People are hired and promoted based on who they know, not actual qualifications. Ethics guidelines in general do not seem to apply to management.
