Pros
The Information Systems Leadership development program allows for rotational job assignments, corporate training events, and 100% tuition reimbursement. I've only been with one business unit, but the management I'm under is very competent. My managers are retired Army officers.
Cons
They say the pay is competitive, but I think it's about average within the industry. As always, contract work has it's down falls (i.e. contract re-compete, reduction of funds, etc.)
