-Great place to start coming out of college as you learn proper processes and procedures up front -Looks great on your resume -Work with a lot of smart people and can make great lifetime friends -Employee perks are nice
Cons
-As with most large companies...politics -Competitive atmosphere. The PRS process is very relative of who you know, and not your true value -Not as competitive with pay, and other monetary benefits as their competitors
