Awful attitude and treated like a slave if I’m honest . I disclosed I had Autism to the warehouse to make them aware that my pick rate might not be up to the standard , they still insisted I could achieve such a massive amount of pick rate each hour and didn’t offer me any support or advice at all despite asking to be trained up several times. I was then over paid on my last pay and was not communicated with about how the banked hours work intill I had a letter come through stating I owe Lidl £1,200 . It’s honestly the WORST job and company I’ve ever worked for and that’s from a previous McDonald’s and amazon worker . Never would I step foot or buy anything from Lidl again the quality of the food is disgusting aswell .
