contracted hours not always met, holiday pay rarely paid have to chase it up, promised promotions rarely happen and regularly scheduled on days i specifically asked not to work.

Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
