Pros
The pay is reasonable considering the simplicity of the tasks.
Cons
Money hungry management - the staff are simply pawns in making the company as much money as possible. Shocking work life balance - Constantly asked to work overtime or given extra shifts with little to no notice. Not uncommon for the managers to to 12-17 hour shifts. Too easy to get trapped there with fake promises of promotions - If you do the hours the money is good and enticing to stay on - however your mgmt team lead you on with 'career progression' promises that they have no intention keeping. Most staff have little to no ambition - Vast majority of staff are nice and friendly, but in my opinion are only there due to lack of any other options or career progression. I was lucky to escape. Every day is hard - No easy days, constantly working or rushing about trying to meet deadlines with often forgot about breaks the only escape. Physically and mentally hard with very little reward.
