Pros
.Good discount .The ability to merchandise to what works for your location . Great Customers . Some of the best skincare products on the market . Sales conferences around the country . Incentive contests . Good training (pampering customers is what keeps them loyal)
Cons
.Pretty extensive operational load and very few associates .Not enough payroll hours .Bonus structure has changed and makes it much harder to obtain bonus . Conversion goals are pretty high especially for high traffic malls. If you're single coverage, it's not always feasible to be able to assist everyone that walks through the door. You can greet them, but they walk out before you get done with the client you're assisting.
