Micromanagment on micromanagement. 99% Cold-Calling. what little lead generation/distribution is not transparent. Managment doesn't listen, they dictate, always referencing policy and not common sense. Pushing to return to office in a Work-from-home world, simply because it suits managment (did a survey, didn't share results in a transparent display, and it appears they don't care, they're still bound and determined to pull staff back to offices).
"Unlimited" PTO is actually limited - and you won't get it (or have it pulled back) if you miss your quota. And you can't take it during certain blackout dates (well, if you're not in sales, those limitations don't apply). PTO is in reality an earned benefit, not an entitled benefit as most companies provide (ie: weeks specified in writing at time of hire)
They tell you right in training to forget what sales experience you have and do it their way. Even if it disenfranchises the customers, do it their way. Deal blows up? That's on you, not our process.
