Pros
This is hands down the best corporate culture I've ever experienced, and I've been a working pro for over 20 years. It starts with the "ask me anything", transparent approach leadership takes with everything about the company from financials, to the mission, new developments, etc. We have a mostly no office policy which is quite refreshing. The CEO as well as most execs sit out in the open with everyone else. Some notable exceptions include members of accounting and cyber security, which just makes sense. There's some sensitive information there. Perks include company sponsored gym membership, free snacks, which include fruit, and a wide selection of free coffees and teas. We also have an open vacation policy: you take the time you need to refresh. We have a thorough hiring process that all but guarantees you'll be working with fun, talented, and dedicated people who are committed to helping our clients identify and avoid social engineering attacks--a worthy mission. I love that fact that leadership listens to our feedback. They are more than willing to try new things and evolve and we grow. Also, the daily stand ups each morning are a great way to stay on the pulse of what's happening around the company.
Cons
Our hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and even though leadership is flexible with appointments, emergencies, family priorities, etc. it would be nice to have more flexible everyday working options, especially for people who might not live in a closer proximity to the office.
