Pros

There are opportunities for growth for right people, however at a cost of giving up on your family and private life. Global company with multiple locations, so there are opportunities to travel. There are opportunities to learn if you are self-motivated and determined.

Cons

Lack of structure Lack of controls and procedures Performance not measured according to set standards Pay inequality Very poor communication between departments, internally and externally Very high turnover of staff No work life balance Overtime hours worked not paid Lack of support from HR department Hire and fire culture Role responsibilities are not clearly defined Culture of blame, lack of integrity No concern for employees' well being Bullying is widespread, tolerated and accepted, even at higher levels Micromanagement style coming from the top leaders

Pros

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.

Pros

You learn a great deal, and the work environment is very dynamic and fast-paced.

Cons

The work environment felt very competitive and sometimes difficult to navigate. There was frequent micromanagement and inconsistency in management style. At times, favoritism seemed to affect the workplace environment, making it feel less supportive for some employees. Employees’ work and accomplishments were sometimes minimized or undervalued, and certain comments could be perceived as discriminatory, which negatively affected morale and job satisfaction.
