Good salary and benefits (insurance, hotel points etc)
Cons
Company overhired and had to fire 100+ people without any warning. They also did it 1 month before PREVIOUS bonus payment (for 2023) and refused to pay it. HR is gaslighting people saying it’s performance based although many people with good reviews and who just got promoted were fired.
