Pros
Very good job environment. Friendly and smart coworkers. Fun and interesting work. I think it is the best consulting firm to work for in Mexico.
Cons
Similar to any other job in consulting, you have to work long hours and sometime weekends. Still, it has a very interesting career path and many opportunities to grow.
