Pros

I am thankful for the management team, if they were not involved I would not still be in my position. I am thankful for the benefits package provided. I have learned a lot of communication skills in this position.

Cons

The micro managing is extreme. You do not have time to drink water or go to the bathroom in between calls, and if you take too long you will be asked why. If you applied to be remote it will not last for long.
