I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Manulife (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in February 2016.
1st round was back to back 30 minute case interviews with a brief behavioral component at the beginning. The role was a summer internship and I know that the team is quite small and doesn't fire directly out of undergrad for full-time positions (their team was mainly ex-MBB consultants)
