Flexible schedule. Easy to work in personal emergencies. Good benefits including PTO and medical coverage. Some departments run very well. Beautiful work environment. Many nice people within the organization.
Cons
Difficult to move up in the company. They tend to hire from without. On-the-job training non-existent. Favortism runs rampant.
