Dedication to client service, strong sales orientation, process/cost control, ambition, no debt, care for employees, high ethics, opportunity to contribute if self-starter.
Cons
Many of the things that I appreciated about Jacobs have deteriorated through last few years of acquisitions, which weren't managed or integrated well. Leadership opportunities mistakenly provided to acquired leadership has muddied up the culture, strained relationships at all levels, and lost discipline has hurt productivity and innovation.
