Opportunities to move around, atmosphere is fairly relaxed and people generally easy to work with. Pay is competitive.
Cons
Very little job security; is based on the amount of projects going on at a given time. Mounting pressure to produce more with less people, often to the detriment of a project. Benefits are bare minimum and expensive.
