      Pros

      Great company to work for, great hours, decent pay, good benefits. Unless you get hurt there. Then they fire you without cause. No matter how long you've been there or what position you are in. They don't care.

      long hours Power hungry HR who don't care about the workers.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
