MONEY IS CRAP €14-15ph should be minium €16+ You get used and abused Lpo/line leads/management are unhappy slaves Toxic work environment (people stab each other in the back to get what they want) Some people (lpos) try block your way for job progression Stressfull work environment mainly due to workload and management Expect you to lick a** and give up your time for progression Again toxic people everywhere there

Nothing positive. I work for this company for years with no reward or opportunity to grow. Management is just for locals , no diversity at all. Everyone knows or they are related to everyone. Just here I've seen that someone with high school can be the manager of people with master degrees.

Cons

Live-work balance is terrible. A lot of OT because of poor management, HR is a joke , actually they are related to the other managers. If you are not local , and want a higher position , run to somewhere else. You have no luck here!
